Higher (Creed cover)

Higher by ⁨Creed! From their 1999 album Human Clay. This was a huge song for them and a pretty awesome challenge for us to do it in this mostly “unplugged” style. Kevin played the lead guitar part on a Resonator guitar and we added keys and a bunch of harmonies in the bridge and chorus that we thought sounded pretty cool.

I think the wildest thing for me was to sing it normal and try not to sound like ⁨Scott Stapp⁩ ‘s vocal stylings. I mean, practically everyone I know can do an impersonation of him!
